COMPANY HISTORY
Pearson Appraisal Company was formed in 1979, expanded to Pearson-McDaniel & Associates, Inc., then Pearson-McDaniel Appraisal Company, Inc., and in 1996 reformed to Pearson Appraisal Company, Inc. 40 years appraisal and real estate experience including all types of residential and commercial properties.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Jim D. Pearson has earned several professional designations and currently holds the IFA and IFAS from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA). He has also earned and previously held the SRA from the Appraisal Institute and the ASA - Urban from the American Society of Appraisers. Also holding the GRI Certification from the Texas Realtors Institute.
